This page explains what information Dr. Pedro Sousa's website collects, what it is used for, and what you can request at any time.
What we collect
When you get in touch, either through the contact form or the WhatsApp window on the site, we receive what you write yourself: name, phone number, e-mail and your message, when there is one.
We also record where your visit came from: an ad, a search or a link. This is done with cookies and measurement tools such as Google Tag Manager and the advertising platforms we use.
What we use it for
To reply to you and organise your care, and to understand which channels bring people here. Nothing beyond that.
Where it is kept and who sees it
Messages arrive in the practice's e-mail. Contacts are also kept in an internal spreadsheet, with access restricted to the Institute's team and to the agency that handles communication.
We do not sell your information and we do not pass your data to third parties for advertising.
Confidentiality
We know this is a sensitive subject. Contact is handled discreetly, and the simple fact that you wrote to us is not shared with anyone outside the team that needs to assist you.
How long we keep it
For as long as your care and our relationship last. After that, on request, we delete it.
Your rights
You may ask at any time to see what we hold about you, to correct something or to erase everything. Just ask through the practice's WhatsApp or at contato@drpedrosousa.com and we will take care of it.
